San Gabriel, CA – The City of San Gabriel says it will increase efforts for community policing by opening a new satellite police station at Marshall Park located at 311 West Marshall Street in San Gabriel scheduled to open on August 8, 2019 at 5:30 p.m.
Known as the Marshall Satellite Police Station, the new station will "ensure a more robust police presence in the southern portion of San Gabriel by housing the department’s Traffic Bureau and select administrative and operational functions."
"The Marshall Satellite Police Station will allow the City to better engage and serve this underserved part of the community,” said Mayor Jason Pu. “We're delighted to be opening this station and I'm looking forward to saying hi to our officers while playing basketball at Marshall Community Park."
