San Gabriel to Unveil New Voting Centers and Systems

You can learn about Los Angeles County's vote centers and the new voting system at a San Gabriel city community meeting on Wednesday, May 29, 2019 at the Adult Recreation Center at 324 South Mission Drive from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Focus areas include Alhambra, Arcadia, Pasadena, San Gabriel, San Marino, Sierra Madre, Temple City, Altadena, Angeles National Forest, Northeast San Gabriel, San Pascual and Highland Park. Monterey Park will also change to the county voting system at that time.
In addition to new equipment, neighborhood voting places will be replaced by voting centers, which will be open additional hours and days.
A new voting technology in 2020 will result in new electronic voting equipment designed by LA County Registrar of Voters to change the old system. In addition, Los Angeles County voters will be able vote at any vote center throughout the county over an 11-day voting period.
