Police officials have announced the identity of a person killed in a hit-run accident on Monday on Valley Boulevard.
The victim was identified as De Si Tu, 90 years of age of San Gabriel.
The victim was sruck on Valley Boulevard and Stevens Avenue in the morning and later discovered by a street-sweeper driiver. A surveilance camera at a nearby business recorded a white SUV leaving the scene at the time of the accident.
